“Hawk’s Cry” is our home situated in the exclusive residential area of the Cap Estate at the northern end of the island of St. Lucia. It is part of the “Allamanda at Anse Galet” gated community with uninterrupted sea views over the secluded bay of Anse Galet looking towards Martinique. Our home enjoys cooling ocean breezes with a dramatic vista over the Atlantic Ocean. It is a place to relax and enjoy your dreams. It is also adjacent to the St. Lucia Golf and Country Club, and within 10 minutes drive of Rodney Bay, with it’s beautiful sandy Reduit Beach, shopping, restaurants, hotels, vibrant night life and marina complex.

A luxurious, 3 bed, 3.5 bath, air conditioned home on a hillside site with sea views. It is wired for dual voltage (110/220 volts) with 2 sets bi-folding doors and double patio doors from the living area onto a patio, allowing easy outdoor/indoor living.

The house is on three levels and sleeps 6 in three en-suite bedrooms. The open plan lounge/dining area is where the main entrance can be found, and is on the middle level. This encompasses an open plan living/lounge/dining area and fully equipped Italian designed kitchen. Through folding doors from the living area is a patio with stairs down to a plunge pool.

Up one level from the lounge area is the master double bedroom with balcony, and a luxurious Italian designed ensuite bathroom. Down one level, are the two guest bedrooms, with balconies, one double and one twin, (the twin beds can be converted into a double bed with prior notice), again with Italian designed ensuite bathrooms and walk in closets. Also on the lower level, is a laundry with washer and separate dryer. There is also a storage room.

Also available, in the landscaped gardens, is a communal infinity swimming pool.

Access to the community pool will be via key coded electric gates.

We are non smokers and wish to keep our home a non smoking environment. Please do not smoke anywhere on our property.

However, you may smoke in the communal garden areas.

Amenities: Secure gated community, patio with plunge pool, communal 52 foot swimming pool, air conditioning, ceiling fans, solar water heating, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble drier. TV, DVD Player, iPod docking Station , WiFi access and guest safe.

Bed Linen, towels , hairdryers and beach towels are provided.

There are underground water reserve tanks and rainwater tanks for irrigation and a stand-by generator to support essential services.

Please Note: A house keeper comes in 2 days a week and for an extra charge is available for cooking.
